As a media founder, Traciana is the founder of Happiness 360, a cultural house for storytelling, music, and community gatherings centered on belonging and lived experience, and the Visionary Leader Network, which convenes curated conversations and intimate gatherings for founders, CEOs, and senior leaders navigating leadership at scale.

As a recording artist, Traciana has toured internationally with original music and performed alongside established artists, bringing the same attention to presence, listening, and connection into cultural spaces around the world.

Her work is guided by Fearless Listening®, the methodology she developed through building and leading her own teams and later sharing with organizations and institutions.
