Traciana Graves is a media founder and recording artist whose work centers on storytelling, leadership, and connection.

Traciana is the founder of the Visionary Leaders Network (VLN), which hosts intimate gatherings and curated conversations for founders, CEOs, and senior leaders, and Happiness 360, a cultural platform centered on storytelling, music, and community. As a recording artist, Traciana has toured internationally with original music and performed alongside established artists.

Her work is guided by Fearless Listening®, the methodology Traciana developed through building and leading her own teams and later sharing with organizations and institutions. Her insights are featured in national media, including The Huffington Post, which named her America’s Most Fearless Woman, and she is invited to share her work with organizations and institutions throughout the country.

She is also the host of Hustle Detox with Traciana, where Traciana documents founder conversations, executive insights, and field notes on living and leading at scale.
