Traciana is an internationally acclaimed artist and founder. She founded H360x, a creative house that collaborates with One Sound On, her record label.

Her work spans music, multilingual storytelling, and textile, guided by Fearless Listening®, the methodology she developed through years of founding and leading her own organizations and teams, and sharing that work with founders and organizations across the country. This practice integrates lived leadership experience with formal education and training at New York University, Georgetown University, and the Sorbonne. Her work has been featured in national media, including The Huffington Post, which named her one of America’s Most Fearless Women.

She is also the founder of the Visionary Leader Network, a B2B storytelling and content studio that redefines how organizations use narrative as a business tool. Through podcasts, documentary series, and long-form media, VLN helps organizations communicate with clarity, authority, and purpose.
